Normally your services are amazing but this appointment was disappointing to say the least. Having my appointment rescheduled while I was on my way is one thing, but Naomi not turning up at all is another. I arrived at the shop again at 12 and didn’t leave till 2pm for men’s braids. The service was awful and I am truly disappointed. The fact that the lady doing my hair mid way lost focus and directed her attention to a man seller her pillows knowing I was late was appalling.
