I can't comment on the venue or work of the staff as when I arrived the shop was closed and the woman wasn't there.
I had to phone her and she was extremely rude to me. She told me that she was in the bank in a long queue and couldn't leave..... Fair enough, life happens. I get that...... but after explaining that I had made a booking and had received a confirmation email, the woman told me "You can book on Treatwell but if I'm not there, I'm not there. I couldn't believe it.
At the end of the conversation she said she couldn't do what I'd ordered as she no longer does it.
It was so unnecessary to be that rude. I was a customer.
I love to support people, so it's a struggle when I'm disrespected. Especially by my own people.
