The staff treated me very well. As I was getting my hair washed the hairdresser was really gentle and soothing (other hairdressers are really rough when they wash my hair.)

It is not an attractive venue and you will think it’s not the cleanest but don’t let this put you off. You’d be really wrong, too! Easy to find. The back room is actually very clean and warm and smells wonderful and relaxing. The massage gave me the relief I needed so I only can go 5*. Masseuse was lovely and tentative and knew what she was doing! Thank you and I recommend!
