Despite my therapist being lovely, welcoming and personable the wax wasn't up to scratch. I didn't get the impression that they do them often, I felt like I had to guide with what to do.
Let's just, it wasn't completely finished. The salon was a bit dirty too.

The appointment was 1hr and 45 minutes late. When the technician finally arrived, I found out that I couldn't get the vaccumm facial which I had booked, as the machine was broken, and ended up getting a standard facial. The procedure itself was good, but had I known this, I would not have waited for almost 2 hours. The technician was very good and knowledgeable, but the lateness is inexcusable. Also, the rest of the displayed very low customer service by not informing me that the procedure I wanted was unavailable, and leaving me waiting for almost 2 hours, without even offering a glass of water.

I have nothing bad to say about the experience. I highly recommended anyone local to the area to come here for a wax. Was quick, pain free and I left with not a strand of hair left down there. I will definitely be coming back

Took a lot longer than usual- 2 and a half hours. I wouldn't have minded so much if my nails were perfect but the polish chipped and smudged the same day, and the shape and length of my nails aren't even. It's not terrible, but definitely not the best experience
