The staff was super lovely! I had never got a haircut from someone that wasn’t my trusted hairdresser from back home in Italy and they made me feel at ease and relaxed. The mask treatment really nourished my hair and it’s still very soft. The only thing I would say is make sure you explain properly the blow-dry you want as I wasn’t too happy with the finished look but curled my hair myself when I went back home.
