It was fair that after they asked if the length is okay, they told me that they'll give me one week so if I want it shorter, they'll do it for free.

Had a little misunderstandings - on my side and on their side (about the appointment). I thought I would've been served by another person because the confirmation message told me so. However, the atmosphere was nice and the trimming of my hair well done. :)
