First time visiting Rouge beauty and I couldn't be happier with the service. The girls are all lovely and make you feel welcome. I'm used to being in and out getting rushed through treatments like a converor belt but rouge beauty and the girls took their time and I couldn't be happier with my lashes. I will be booking back in!
