Where do I start. The first time I visited this salon I got a spray tan and shellac as I was going on holiday. The spray tan did not develop and the shellac was not great. I had to go and buy fake tan and top up my tan the day I went away. I am quite pale and had asked for a 3 out of 5 level of colour so any level of colour should have come up on me. I also had to file my nails myself.
Thinking maybe the tan issue was an anomaly and maybe the salon deserved a second chance I made another appointment for shellac. I arrived before my appointment time to find one staff member who was already dealing with two other clients. At my appointment time she started a full set of shellac toes for another girl who, as far as I could make out from their conversation knew the therapist, did not have an appointment and decided on a whim to get her toes done. 25 mins after my appointment time I still hadn't sat in the chair. As I had another pressing appointment I had to leave. The staff member was not one bit bothered about the fact that she had overbooked herself to such an extent that I left without a treatment. She did not apologise. If I could give the treatment zero stars I would because I didn't actually get it!!
I would never leave a bad review on the basis of 1 bad experience but I've now been twice and on both occasions haven't come away with what I asked for. Considering the salon has a sign up saying they take deposits for no shows they should at least honour their appointments. The result was that I ended up having to take more time out of my week to get my shellac done elsewhere. Needless to say I will not be going back.

Staff were lovely and friendly, my nails are lovely and they did them quickly but without rushing.
