The staff were lovely but it took an hour and a half for only a straight blowdry. I can do it in 30 minutes myself but this was meant to be a treat and to not have to do it myself. The shampoo showerhead kept catching on my front hairs and the combing of the conditioner was really uncomfortable. The blowdry didnt have enough tension so the straighteners had to be used to smooth it- which I really don't mind but they were clamped on and held too long on the hair which I dont think is good for it. The end result was nice but not worth paying £28 and I will not be returning. It's a shame as the girls seemed lovely but I think my lady just needs some more training. At one point another lady came over and offered to help blowdry but I said please dont as it hurts my scalp to have two people pulling and blow drying it at the same time- and I dont have that much hair to need two people doing it. I love getting my hair done but I actually felt less relaxed leaving the salon than before.

I felt comfortable the second I walked into the salon. The staff were all very accommodating, I loved the fact they are attentive, the experience felt personalised for me. Jenny is an amazing hairdresser and a really lovely woman. My hair wash was relaxing and everyone has complimented my hair. Thank you

Lovely salon. Ayten is a lovely girl who looked after me. The highlights are lovely and cut perfect. Would definitely recommend this hair dressers to anyone.
