Arrived on time at the salon to be told Roya was not there and would be back at 2pm. Arranged my day around my appointment, so a complete waste of time and very unprofessional.

I had the most relaxing deep tissue massage with Roya. I came to her with a very stiff neck and upper back and she took care of both brilliantly. The room was kept warm and Roya made sure the pressure was comfortable for me the entire time. I felt much looser and lighter afterwards, thank you Roya!
