Roya was a kind lady, although she directly started talking about loyalty cards, writing a review for her and it was just the feeling of putting too much effort in trying to sell her bussiness. The waxing went fine, I didn’t feel that much pain. When I arrived home I couldn’t get my pants or any clothing piece of that was in contact with the waxed areas. I was still covered with wax and tried getting it of with olive oil and other products. When I finally got all the wax of and showered I discovered that literally on all the areas that were waxed there were still spots with hair left (I did a full leg, hollywood and underarm wax). I mean the underarm is the smallest area ever and even there half of it was left. My legs were still full of hair. I was leaving on holiday the next day, so I shaved the remaining hairs. I’m the last person to complain, but this made me really angry especially for the price I paid!

for a wax first timer very good experience. Of course it was painful a bit, but nothing unbearable. Roya was very professional, told me about the wax she was using, designed for sensitive skin. She was super efficient and quick. Ill go to her again
