I paid 35 pounds through the Treatwell app and was also charged another 25 pounds for a blow dry at the hairdresser, while for the same service, at the same hairdresser, two years ago, I paid 25 pounds in cash, without an appointment. There is a scam somewhere

The staff are very polite and friendly. I had a haircut, which I felt it was rushed as they were trying to look after several customers at the same time, hence she didn't spend time on my haircut,. It was rushed.
