Salon is really nice! Treatment was okay, but I wasn’t really asked about the sensitivity of my skin or problem areas that I’d like treated. It seemed like a one size fits all procedure! Luckily, the products used seemed okay with my skin! I just wished the beautician talked me through the facial, as at one point she shone a very intense light at my face (too bright even with eyes closed!) and started painfully pulling out black heads which I didn’t expect. .. Other than that though, my skin did look nice and fresh afterwards.

My hollywood waxing was rushed because there was another client after me. The beauty therapist seemed unexperienced and didn't do a good job. She left some areas uncared for.
I was not satisfied, especially considering that the price was not cheap.

The salon is lovely and both staff were friendly and accommodating. Manicure was great and they took time and care with everything. Will definitely be back!
