I had an aromatherapy massage. Nammon gives a very firm massage. If you are after relaxation this might not be for you but does suit athletic people and those that love deep tissue massages.

I always worry that I'll have to ask the massage therapist to be firmer but I didn't have to ask Nammon to be any firmer! The positive reviews were right- it was a fantastic massage and I'd definitely want to go back
