I had very tight muscles from a few months of working at an imperfect home desk, so the massage was quite painful (as I expected), but never too much to bear, and Nammon made sure throughout that I was okay – and I feel a million times better for having had it! The place is very clean and the atmosphere very relaxing. Would definitely recommend.
