Sadly I need to rate the treatment with just one star. All my hair were broken and not extracted from the root. After 7 Days I had again a wax from another saloon.I am not asking the full refund simply because the therapist has spent her time on me.I will never go there again

Aruna was very attentive and discussed all my skin concerns. I was initially booked in for a Dermalogica Medibac clearing facial but she personalised my facial according to my needs by including two additional procedures at no extra costs!
Extraction was done perfectly and at minimal pain!
