When i arrived Hannah was doing another customer a pedicure, did not wear gloves when touching my face. The lady was keep saying how my eyebrows are dificult to work with, apparantly “she never worked with such a difficult eyebrows” which is the first time i heard such comment. She made them thin, when i specificly asked to keep it thick. Unhappy with the result and experiece.
