I arranged my appointment for Sat 10.30am at the St John's Wood branch. 2 days prior, I received a call asking to move it to another day as the specialist was poorly. I wasn't able to and was then told that I could keep the appointment. Then I received a call back asking to move it to the Fulham branch. When I arrived at Fulham, it had been rescheduled to a later time. A similar thing had happened to my sister the week before so it wasn't a one-off.
Facial was great though.

So unfortunately for me, I booked to get lash extensions done, but when I got there I was told they had no lash lady? Huge waste of my time, thank GOD I didn’t pay in advance.
