this is about the 4th or 5th time I've visited now and I have no complaints. my nails always look good and I always get compliments. the staff are lovely and I won't be going anywhere else.

like any new business this one had some teething problems BUT this doesn't take away from the quality service, feeling like you're amongst friends and the general good vibe you get whilst there! It seems like everything is running smoothly now and I will definitely be using them going forward.

Shocking service. They hardly ever answer the phone, if you book online when you turn up they don’t know why you are there. They are understaffed, the owner is very rude and defensive. It says they are open online, you go and they aren’t. Some of the staff are lovely, the others are extremely under qualified. DO NOT GO HERE!
