Unfortunately I was pretty disappointed to arrive at closed salon. Appointments hours on treatwell were not right, which obviously not convenient for the customers as I needed to do my nails that evening.

Had such an amazing experience loved the interior of the salon it was very glamouras. Finally a beautiful salon near me. I will definitely book again and would recommend this salon

I arrived for my appointment only to be told that they were undestaffed and overbooked and could not fit me in. I understand these things can happen, but to not be given any notice and to have wasted my time getting to the venue (that is not that near a tube station). It also meant I couldn't find a good alternative as I needed to get my nails done that evening.
