The salon owner & employees are cheerful and wonderful except for one employee, despite her good work she isn’t cheerful and sometimes not nice while working I do not know her name but I always come out very happy The last time I had my hair and face done with them it fine but I was shocked that my daughter’s hair was cut in an unprofessional way. Roxana is the only one who is skilled at cutting hair. And the cost of my daughter’s cut hair is25£ no drying or blow-drying Even the cut wasn’t good

I called up Roxanna as I am on crutches after extensive knee surgery. Roxanna was very kind and polite on the phone and made every effort to accommodate me for my threading (upper lip and eye brow) and Indian head massage. Lovely salon, lovely therapists, lovely atmosphere. Highly recommend
