The treatment was great, but there needs to be more space for facials, there needs to be more than 1 private room. People were coming in and out, it felt hectic and loud.

They charged me 7£ just for eyebrows but on site they have mentioned 3£ also before attending the appt I confirmed the amount and they said if just a. Trimming it will be less than 25£ but they charged me 25£ just for simple trimming also made my hair shorter than what I asked

I didnt have roxana however I was treated with alot of respect and they closed the door when I asked them as I wear hijab. The hair treatment and haircut was amazing. I felt like the stylist listened to what I wanted and I made changes along the way too which she made. Overall very happy with the service, will definitely be returning and recommending!
