This is the second time visiting, she knows exactly what she is doing and know what to use on your skin. The whole process is very professional, but at some stages throughout the back cleanse I was quite cold, and couldn't relax fully. Not her fault, as it was a cold day and the main door was probably open. Overall, it was good and I would visit again.
