Booked a massage for 2 hrs for £50 (as on treatwell). Turned up and was told it was £50 for 1 hour. Waste of journey time and effort. Recommended that the manager updates their price list to avoid more disappointemnt-no acknowledgement. Never again.

Such a bad experience: This merchant changed the time of my appointment without contacting me first. Result: I was at work and I received a notification of change of time which made the appointment taking place right then and therefore, in the past.
I tried to contact them and there was no help from the lady who answered the phone. She simply didn’t bother to work out a solution or reschedule at a time that was suitable to me. I asked for the money back and she said she could do nothing

The owner didn’t even bother to cancel the appointment.
I had to go there and to wait for her to take my call and to tell me that she is not coming!!!
