I was very disappointed to be charged extra for what I had booked for. I wanted to remove my gel which I had previously done abroad and I have booked, through treatwell, the service ‘removal’, which according to their description is ‘professional nail or gel removal’. I paid £8 through treatwell. Once at the salon and half way during the removal, I was told that I needed to pay an extra £7, as apparently that was not ‘acrylic or powder removal’? very disappointed and not sure I’ll go back again

The manicure was really rushed and poor quality. The filing wasn’t done well and he edges of the polish is really jagged. The staff obviously wanted to go home and cleaned around me.
