Treatwell signposted me to the wrong Ruby nails branch. I paid for a treatment I never had as it was the wrong branch when I attended. I have had to pay double the price for the process. I can not rate this branch in reading as I was never there. The fault lies with Treatwell and need a refund.

Pedicure- foot spa, massage, scrub. All lovely. When cutting cuticles the big toe on both feet bled. So when the creams went on and polish went on it stung.
Manicure- nearly every finger was cut in the process of cuticle trimming. Also bled.
