Not sure where to start. My appointment started 20 minutes after the scheduled time, finally when I was sitting down I had 3 people taking care of my nails in total. With all respect to your culture it’s obvious when you talk about the client in your own language in front of me. All I received was attitude, rude looks towards me and my nails and nasty comments. I will never be back. Once per month I treat myself to manicure : pedicure - it supposed to be a nice experience. BE MORE AWARE
