Not sure where to start. My appointment started 20 minutes after the scheduled time, finally when I was sitting down I had 3 people taking care of my nails in total. With all respect to your culture it’s obvious when you talk about the client in your own language in front of me. All I received was attitude, rude looks towards me and my nails and nasty comments. I will never be back. Once per month I treat myself to manicure : pedicure - it supposed to be a nice experience. BE MORE AWARE

I came to Ruby’s today to have a set of classic individuals I am a lash technician myself so don’t get to do my own lashes often i received a gift card for Treatwell and decided to get a set done a bit of a pamper day for myself classic individual lashes should not take 20 minutes to complete and are not ment to be stuck to my eye lid these lashes should be put in the lash individual by using 2 tools I basically had very expensive cluster lashes not happy at all
