No “good morning”, no “goodbye”, no conversation. I ve felt like a burden as a customer. I was stopped at the door and asked if I have paid !!! I ve prepaid my visit on Treatwell app, I almost felt like I was stealing something. No organisation, no customer service. I will not be coming back. DO NOT RECOMMEND

I had arrived 10mins before my appointment but I was taken in right away. The removal of existing gel was quick and well done. The re-application of new gel colour was also quick and nicely applied too. I had asked for a bit of a nail art (pretty basic) on 2 nails - they have done it (even though it was just ok) but nevertheless they did not charge me extra money for that - which I was told that they usually do. I am pleased with the service and I will go back again. Really good value for money!

The lady was bored and didn't seem to be qualified for massage. The place seemed clean overall but the products and towels didn't seem very clean (had dirty marks on them)

Lovely therapist - really friendly and chatty. Unfortunately, not the best wax I’ve had. A few clumps of hairs left (and they were not short or ingrown or anything else which could have made the tricky to catch) as well as many random ones around my legs, and a few big patches of wax left which had soaked into my leggings etc by the time I got home. Lovely people, but not the most thorough job

I asked for a Brazilian with natural 'V' shape left at the front. I explained clearly but I got the exact opposite and was left with a triangle pointing up! If you book brazilian they do an extended bikini, ie. they leave hair underneath. To get a normal Brazilian (eg. all off except the front) you must book a hollywood. The wax is done in a small v.basic room opening onto the nail salon & they left me with no towel or anything to cover with when they opened the door. Not good even for the price
