I believe the communication from the staff could be better. At some point, I was left unattended, apparently it was so I could use the dryer, but I was not informed.

The beauty therapist was great, knowledgeable, pleasant, and thorough. She has a very good technique and made the Hollywood hot wax pain-free. Price is very competitive.
The only negative thing to note is that the cleanliness of the salon is really poor.
