Tried to charge me a lot more than what I had.
Had a pedicure, I have small feet, very soft, so no dead skin to come off, I just wanted them to be painted.
They then had a conversation in-front of me, looking me up and down. Tried to charge me £40 (board said £25) because “I had colour on before” which I didn’t!
I had gel so was expecting to be charged more. Ended up paying £35 in the end,but still was only expecting to be charged an extra £5 for gel not £10! Feel like I’ve been ripped off

It would be beneficial to improve the ambience and, most importantly, cleanliness.

My cuticles were cut too far that they bled but the technician said that my nails are too sensitive. One nail is a bit crooked but I was explained or shouted and laughed at because that’s how my finger is and the nail is in line with that.
The cleanness is very poor and could do with some scrubbing. The person hasn’t even tried talking to me and spoke to another worker in foreign language.

Popped in the day before my holiday and it was seamless, the staff were friendly and did a great job! Will definitely be returning.
