One nail is a bit crooked but I was explained or shouted and laughed at because that’s how my finger is and the nail is in line with that.
The cleanness is very poor and could do with some scrubbing. The person hasn’t even tried talking to me and spoke to another worker in foreign language.

Good value for money especially when it’s thorough. I’ve been visiting Ruby’s for a couple of years for the Hollywood extended wax and I am very satisfied.
