The lady did a very bad job at removing the hair and refused to finish it 100%. She did not prepare the skin for waxing either and went straight into it. The place was not clean and smelled badly. I couldn't pay by card so had to leave and take out some cash. Not worth the cost.

Staff are always friendly but I was a bit surprised to be charged an extra £10 for colour to be applied to my nail extensions which you would assume comes as standard when paying for the bundle through treatwell. Could be awkward for customers who assume they have already paid and don’t bring any money! Nails were well done though and eyebrows looked great
