it was my first time visiting this nail salon. i booked my appointment last minute even though the rate and reviews aren’t that good… i'm satisfied with the quality honestly. i wanted to get nail extensions but i guess there was a misunderstanding between me and the nail tech. i wouldn’t mind coming back though

I have already complained about my experience and not heard anyone. My experience was awful and everyone was crammed in to the point someone was sat on a random chair and the lady was sat on the floor filing her nails. The whole appointment was horrible a 40 minute relaxing appointment was done in 15 minutes
