The therapist was really good, kind and helpful. She gave me good tips ,too .The only flaw of the experience was that the massage room was not really clean and didn't have a relaxing atmosphere.
The lady doing the wax was friendly and made it pain free. I was impressed with her technique. However, it was not good value for money - usually when booking a Hollywood, front and back are included but here you have to pay £5 extra for the back. Usually for £24, everything is included so for a £29 total you could go somewhere more upmarket.
Poor quality, they rush your nails. You spend more time drying that actually having the acrylics done. Staff talk in their own language over your head and you can tell they are speaking about you. At no point did they ask me what pattern I wanted she randomly drew a bit of strokes as nail art. No bottom coat before the actual polish no cuticle oil. My cuticles were left dry and disgusting with excess product all around the edges. At no point Di she ask if I was happy or pleased with her work. Off to dry and left for 25mins without any sort of communication except for when I was walking out when I was asked if I paid which I already did online and about 3 different people asked me that question through out my treatment. Needless to say I will not be returning.
