My treatments were great. Very happy with the end result. However the waxing room just really needs a clean. There’s wax (+ hair - yuck!) stuck to the wall and everything just feels a bit grubby. Wax itself was speedy so I was very pleased!

Very nice girls and to me they are always polite. HOWEVER...... they have to learn that people who speak English are not idiots and can always tell when they talk to each other about their paying customer. They think that nobody can understand but women especially can pick up on things immediately. They ask you something and if you do not adhere to what they want you to do they are not rude to your face but immediately talk to a colleague who then immediately looks at you and a customer can pick up on these vibes. It is quite rude really.On the whole though they are good if only they would realise what they are doing. I personally think that if they have a difficult customer they will automatically talk to their colleague in their own language but they must be careful. Mind you it seems to be the norm in every salon I have been in and it is not nice to be honest.
