Very nice girls and to me they are always polite. HOWEVER...... they have to learn that people who speak English are not idiots and can always tell when they talk to each other about their paying customer. They think that nobody can understand but women especially can pick up on things immediately. They ask you something and if you do not adhere to what they want you to do they are not rude to your face but immediately talk to a colleague who then immediately looks at you and a customer can pick up on these vibes. It is quite rude really.On the whole though they are good if only they would realise what they are doing. I personally think that if they have a difficult customer they will automatically talk to their colleague in their own language but they must be careful. Mind you it seems to be the norm in every salon I have been in and it is not nice to be honest.

Literally the worst salon experience I have ever had. Arrived to be told eyebrow lady had gone despite having an appointment was then subjected to worst manicure ever so rushed and rough that she even made me bleed. Do not go to this place

Best wax I have ever had for both, pain, length of treatment and actual hair removal. My beauty therapist was so quick and efficient and the treatment didn't take more than 15 minutes. I would definitely recommend and will certainly be rebooking.
