I had my nails painted with shellac. My nails turned out beautifully, lovely free-hand simple and elegant artwork on a couple of nails for a unique look. Very quickly sat and pampered. The location is extremely efficient. Very clean. Staff know exactly what they are doing and make it seem so simple. I was even treated to a small hand massage at the end. Lovely x

Booked a Hollywood Hot Wax but they did a strip wax instead. It was too late by the time I realised. Although I was welcomed straight away and my appointment was on time, I won’t be going back. I had to get ready in front of the beautician and she opened the door as I was getting changed so the busy salon could’ve seen. The strip wax (that i didn’t book) was done in under about 7 mins, felt rushed and had wax left on my skin which was difficult/painful to get rid of myself.

Staff herself was polite... spent 2 minutes on blackhead removal even thats what the facial was called.. was asked to take my top off to about getting any product on it but she opened the door when i was getting my top back on, i could even see a male sat there, im quite horrified at that
