Unprofessional staff! I booked for Brazilian waxing, and when it was finished, the staff opened the door without warning while I was still laying on the bed undressed, because she was also doing someones eyebrows at the same time and needed to get back! The room faced directly towards the main floor of the shop, where the customers and staff could have clearly seen me. It was a distressing experience and would never return.

I was quite impressed with their politeness and speed that they worked interacting with eachother. They were very polite and I was impressed. However, when I got home I was not too happy with my nails as there seemed to be rather large gaps between the false nail and cuticals, so much so that by Monday they already look as if they are nearly a week old. No I am afraid this had upset me. I am willing to go back and will re book but will ask that they take care with regard to my nails. On the whole though they appear to be good.
