Used the wrong type of wax, was extremely rough and condescending when I expressed that I was in a lot of pain. She then proceeded to try and thread the patches of hair that was left after I had to stop the waxing half way through which cause me extreme pain and discomfort. Didn’t make me feel comfortable at all was on edge the entire time. Sprayed water on my face when I was saying I was in pain also. Wouldn’t recommend at-all unless you want to experience the worst waxing of your life.

First time visiting Azi, her salon is spotless, bright & has a relaxing environment with no harsh smells compared to most salons I have visited. Im thrilled with my BIAB nails which are done very well. Azi is professional and has a friendly approach.
