A little tip when you have an anxious client please be nice to them. If you don't like working with people then don't. I mentioned the wax was too hot in some places maybe due to the sensitivity of the skin she literally said ' don't give me that' and I was told off many times like I was a child. not a very nice experience at all maybe she was having a bad day but that doesn't excuse taking it out on your client! Not a happy customer and definitely won't be recommending!
