Disappointing. After coming here previously and having a wonderful treatment, this one was really bad. Has put me off returning.
The staff were lovely but the place itself was very disheveled. It was small, cramped, messy - but you could tell it was clean. There were just towels drying everywhere etc. Not very professional. Treatment was fine though.
Can't fault the spa or staff but the treatment (reflexology) didn't meet my expectations.
