The lady who did my wax was very quick and efficient. The bikini was clean but they did not tell me that I needed to pay more for hot wax beforehand. They also charged me more for using my card which was disappointing. I would use their services again but bring cash.

While the member of staff who provided the wax was very friendly, I was overcharged, and despite flagging the issue I have not received the money back. The treatwell booking said £28, which is admittedly cheap, and when at the salon I was told it was more because it was 'hot wax' as opposed to cold wax. Looking at their price list, this should have been £55. Yet they charged my £75, and despite protesting and pointing at their leaflet, they wouldn't refund anything.

Quick, good and cheap. Not the nicest venue or the cleanest but gets the job done
No frills venue yet staff was super nice and professional and my waxing was good value for money.
