I was very disappointed by the service at the spa. The manicure and pedicure were quite low quality-- they were mostly a file and paint service (with some cream in between) and definitely not worth the costs. I wasn't very confident the place was clean. The color options were very very limited. The staff was friendly but tried to charge me extra for the chair massage and were quite careless in the painting. It was a waste of money at the end.

Shellac has started peeling off less than 1 week after i got them done!! Staff friendly as always but again the lady doing my shellac had to deal with customers and take phone calls whilst doing my nails

I had visited this salon twice before for massage treatments and received excellent treatment and service plus good value for money.
However, my most recent appointment was different.
Although I had booked a 'Back, neck, head and shoulder massage' the therapist only focused on my shoulder blades and neck. She repeatedly went over my shoulder blades with her elbow and applied such strong pressure to my neck to the point it is sore to touch two days after.
The etiquette was also poor on this occasion, I was left in the room after the appointment to see myself out and not offered water.
The salon have also put their prices up.
I thought I had found a gem but will sadly not be returning.
I have contacted the salon to let them know of my disappointment but they have not responded.
