The welcoming was inexistant. The massage itself wasn't great, we asked for strong and it did hurt. But the the main problem was that they talked together during the whole experience so you can't really relax. The place is cheap and cold, it doesn't make you feel comfortable. I definitely don't recommend it !!
the salon looked so much better than last time and a few more staff to support although it's quite hot in there. Much more professional and everyone is so friendly.
Great location just off Pimlico station, as were the treatment rooms. The therapist was great and very attentive. The treatment was very good and well executed
