Leila is absolutely amazing! Got the neck, back and head massage and it was honestly the best I have ever had. I would highly recommend her. She focused on my problem areas and used so many different techniques to get my knots out. Thank you! I will be back.

Lovely lady doing my nails (she did them great too) but the salon really needs a receptionist. i made so many calls the previous day to discuss offers on their website but no one knew what I was talking about and the manager never bothered to call me back! plus my manicurist was having to do everything which meant she had to stop working on me to answer the calls and deal with customers - she was run ragged - nice salon but a little investment, professionalism and attention would take this place further
I've been here before for a wax and it was ok despite the spa lacking in cleanliness and rough around the edges. However I went for a pedicure here for the first time. She kept telling me my toe nails were too short. They weren't! they were just normal length, no other nail bar has mentioned this to me before. Then she proceeded to cut them right down so they were tiny! Then couldn't paint them! Looks like a child has attacked my feet with a paintbrush! I complained and she did neaten them slightly but still looks really bad. So not worth it for £32.

The lady who did my waxing was very kind, gentle and considerate throughout my treatment.
Haven't given 5 stars as I noticed a few hairs missed when I got home which I tidied up.
