Welcoming staff and clean place. Maybe be more specific on treatwell about the Thai massage with oil. Not for softies like me! Too hard.

I booked an appointment for 10am, and got texts asking me to move the date or time. I couldn't and they said it was fine and that it had been sorted. When I arrived I got the impression they'd opened early just for me (clearly put the wrong availability times on treatwell) as I was rushed into the treatment room, and then the door shut behind me. Never had an under arm wax before so had no idea what was going on. Eventually after minutes of waiting I asked the woman what was I meant to be doing. The wax was over in less than 2 minutes and I left. When I got home my arms were stuck together as there was so much wax left behind, and only about 80% of the hair was gone. So I had to open up my wax strips box I use at home and use a wipe they provide just to clean myself up after my appointment. I then had to shave my underarms just to make them hair free! You don't expect to pay and then have to do it yourself at home! Shame as they are my local salon so was hoping I could keep returning to them.
