Both mani and pedi were very good; the therapist was quiet and did not talk excessively to either me or to other staff (which I like!) . I feel the treatments are a bit pricey, but the location is good for me so it may be worth it in the long run. They will give 10% discount if paying by cash.

Worst haircut of my life. Hacked away and received a very lopsided fringe I never asked for.
Became aggressive when I suggested it wasn't what asked for.
As soon as she could see I wasn't happy she downed scissors and made me go over to the till to pay (lest I suggest I wouldn't, which I didn't).
Had to get my friend to sort out the mess.
Great 2 hour massage. Very focused and professional. Really helped my back and shoulder problems.

Had a traditional Thai massage (usually £75) for £49 (on offer) Would say the massage was great, masseuse Kim was empathetic. Her English was good enough to explain what pains I was having and wanted treatment for. Reviews about thin walls are correct, but didn't affect me because someone was in the next room 5mins towards the end of massage. I will be back, but more because of convenient to my work than anything else & when I can get a further discount from wahanda as I found £49 for 1hr a bit overpriced still compared to similar zones in central london.
