The lady used a wrong method (which was then admitted by them) due to a scraped off label on the polish which made the nails too thick, other lady had to fix it by filing the polish off and applying top coat, however after leaving the polish turned bumpy with bubbles. I had to get the nails fixed elsewhere, partial refund request was denied by the salon.

Runaya is consistently fantastic. I always go there for waxing as their service is far better than any other salon I've tried in Oxford.
