The manicure and the massage was great. The cleanliness wasn't great, as nail files were used from previous clients and the equipment station was dusty. The manicure was great though.

The lady used a wrong method (which was then admitted by them) due to a scraped off label on the polish which made the nails too thick, other lady had to fix it by filing the polish off and applying top coat, however after leaving the polish turned bumpy with bubbles. I had to get the nails fixed elsewhere, partial refund request was denied by the salon.
