Could not vault Runaya, she was so welcoming and makes you feel so comfortable, like you've known each other for years, the treatment was thorough and I am happy with the result but I did have some wax left behind, I am use to a different type of wax which is also less painful so I was quite red after (sensitive skin). I would return to Runaya purely because she is such a lovely, warm and welcoming person. Thank you X
