Good:
Staff were really friendly and welcoming however would have preferred if she had left the room for me to get unchanged and get onto the bed rather than awkwardly standing in the same room.
Very chatty and pleasant.
Nice modern room and easy to get to.
Bad:
Really disappointed with how bad the wax was after reading such good reviews. I have been having wax's regularly for years and she left patches of hairs all over and didn't seem very thorough. When i asked her to go over some areas to get the hairs out she said she wouldn't be able to get them out (which i disagreed with). I then went home and checked over the areas and the areas which i couldn't see when she was doing it were even worse.
For £32 i think that is unacceptable.
