I was worried about the treatment, but I was instantly put at ease, the pain was minimal compared to all my past experiences, and i will without a doubt be returning!!

Sheetal was great, really lovely and chatty - her communication beforehand was great too, and she was really accommodating in terms of not taking too long as i was a bit short of time. I don't have any experience of other beauty salons, but couldn't have asked for any more and will definitely return.
